Each box will include the following bottles:

  • Florence: Foudre (2020)
This version of Florence, our Belgian-inspired wheat Farmstead® ale, experienced over six months of extended conditioning in our oak foudres. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated, this offering is lightly tart, bright, and delicate. 5% abv
  • Sankt (2019)
This version of Sankt Hans conditioned in wine barrels that had previously been home to Flora, Civil Disobedience #14, and Art, amongst others. After two years in wood, a refined and much more expressive version of Sankt Hans emerged. Benefiting from more than two years of bottle conditioning, we hope that you might enjoy, for the first time, what one of our favorite blending beers tastes like in its singular state. 6% abv
  • E. (2020)
To the past and future emprises here on Hill Road, we offer this special beer: Edward, our American Pale Ale, fermented with our Farmstead® yeast; aged in oak barrels; double dry-hopped with Amarillo®, Victorian Galaxy™, and Simcoe®; and bottle conditioned. 5.2% abv
  • Anna (2021)
This honey Farmstead® ale is crafted from organic American malted barley, European and American hops, Vermont wildflower honey, our distinctive farmhouse yeast and water from our well. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated. 6.2% abv
  • Raspberry: 2020 Harvest (2021)
We blended a selection of our Farmstead® ales—all of which spent more than a year in oaken rest—for pairing with red raspberries from the 2020 harvest season at Fisher Brothers Farm in Shelburne, Vt. This blending and pairing expresses a thoughtful representation of the fruit in season. 6% abv
  • Mélange 2019 Harvest (2020)
Mélange 2019 Harvest features blackberries and red raspberries from Fisher Brothers Farm in Shelburne, Vt., and concentrated organic black currant juice from Lanzer’s Fruit Farm in East Hardwick, Vt. As the liquid vehicle for the transformation of this fruit into fruit beer, we chose several barrels of Farmstead® ales, including some brewed with honey, that we matured in wine barrels for over six months. 6.2% abv
