- This special anniversary edition of our blended barrel-aged Farmstead® ale collection spans more than four years and is comprised of wine barrel-aged Arthur and Florence from Spring of 2021, Arthur from late Autumn 2022, and Sankt Hans from Autumn of 2021. Following more than two years of careful observation in the bottle, we anticipate this blend will continue its evolution along a gainful trajectory for the next 5 (or more) years; its current manifestation displays a delightful balance of integrated acidity, texture, and weight. 6% abv, 750ml
- 15th Anniversary Imperial Stout: Shaun Hill & Ryan Witter-Merithew –
- The second of our celebratory collaborative beers, this Bourbon Barrel-aged Imperial Stout consists of a new imperial stout blended from beers aged between 15 and 23 months in bourbon barrels, including a 6-year Willet Bourbon barrel. 10% abv, 500ml
- 15th Anniversary Madness & Civilization –
- In honor of our 15th anniversary in 2025, we crafted a blend consisting of our most cherished imperial stout, Damon, aged for two years in Bourbon barrels from our favorite distilleries; two other yet-to-be release imperial stouts, one aged in Bourbon barrel for a year and the other aged in a single tawny Port barrel for a year; and Beyond Good and Evil that had aged in Bourbon for nearly two years. Madness and Civilization represents a panorama of our barrel-aging program: oak-aged beers that emerge from their individual silences to find structure and voice as a unified composition. 10% abv
